Maile Lani Esteban-Trinidad is now the principal attorney and shareholder of Thater Law Group, P.C. Our firm has an active business and civil litigation practice, with a significant focus on representing individuals in civil rights and employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination cases.
Ms. Esteban-Trinidad obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Reno. In 1999, she graduated cum laude from The American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she served as Business and Development Editor for the American University International Law Review and as an advocate with American University’s distinguished International Human Rights Law Clinic. Ms. Esteban-Trinidad was admitted to practice in the State of Nevada in 1999. She is admitted to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (2001). in 2015, Ms. Esteban-Trinidad was admitted to practice in Hawaii and maintains an office in Honolulu.
